Next, I think I would choose Soldier Field in Chicago. Home to the Chicago Bears, Soldier Field serves as a memorial to American soldiers who have been killed in war. First opened in 1924, the stadium was listed in the National Register of Historic Places in 1987. Soldier Field lost this designation, though, in early 2006 because it underwent extensive renovations which took away from the original architectural appeal. Still, the history is there, as are the incredible fans of "Da Bears," who make the experience of watching a Chicago Bears football game at Soldier Field a memorable event. Next on my list is Cleveland Browns Stadium in Cleveland, Ohio. Home to the famous "Dawg Pound," a section of the stadium filled with some of the most ardent fans, the stadium is located on the shores of Lake Erie. Truly fanatic fans love going to games in typical Ohio winter weather, complete with the icy wind from Lake Erie and the inevitable snow. For true lovers of the game, Cleveland Browns Stadium is a must see fan site.
Wrapping up my list is Raymond James Stadium in Tampa Bay, Florida. Home to the NFL’s Tampa Bay Buccaneers, fans can experience the accompanying Caribbean village and replica pirate ship. The ship is 43 tons of concrete and steel and fires soft rubber balls and confetti from its cannons every time the Buccaneers score. Team flags are also raised on the upper deck whenever the Buccaneers cross their opponent’s twenty yard line. Another great feature for fans is Buc Vision, a couple of 92 foot wide video screens that are among the biggest in the NFL. Tampa Bay fans love their buccaneers and they love their stadium.
